Matthew 10 · Grade 2

Twelve Helpers

Name Date

Read the Story

Jesus chose twelve men to be His disciples. Peter, Andrew, James and John were some of them. Matthew was one too.

Jesus sent them out to tell people about God's Kingdom. He gave them power to heal sick people.

Jesus said some people would be unkind to them. But He said, "Don't be afraid." God cares for little birds. God cares for you even more!

Memory Verse

“Therefore don’t be afraid. You are of more value than many sparrows.”

Matthew 10:31 (WEB)
