Even the Wind Obeys

Read the Story

Jesus told a story about a farmer planting seeds. Some seeds grew well in good soil. Jesus said the seed is God's Word. Good soil is a heart that listens and obeys.

One day Jesus and His friends were in a boat. A big storm came. The disciples were afraid. Jesus told the wind and waves to stop, and they did!

A man named Jairus asked Jesus to help his sick daughter. Jesus went to his house. He took her hand and said, Child, get up! She got up, alive and well.
