Leviticus 8 · Grade 2
A Special Day
Read the Story
God told Moses to make Aaron and his sons priests. All the people came to the door of the tent to watch.
Moses washed Aaron and his sons with water. He put the holy robe on Aaron. He put the breastplate on him. He poured oil on his head.
Moses gave gifts to God for them. Then they stayed at the tent for seven days. Aaron and his sons did all the things God said. Today Jesus is our great priest. He brings us near to God.
Memory Verse
“He poured some of the anointing oil on Aaron’s head, and anointed him, to sanctify him.”
