Read the Story

The tribe of Judah got land. Caleb got the city of Hebron. Caleb had a daughter named Achsah.

Achsah married a man named Othniel. Her land was in the dry South. She came to her father on a donkey. Caleb said, What do you want?

Achsah said, Give me a blessing. Give me springs of water. Caleb gave her the upper springs and the lower springs. Caleb gave his daughter what she asked.
