John 7 · Grade 2
If Anyone Is Thirsty
Read the Story
There was a big feast in Jerusalem. Jesus went there. He taught people in the temple. Many were amazed.
Some people believed in Jesus. Others did not. Some leaders wanted to stop Him.
On the last day of the feast, Jesus stood up. He said, If anyone is thirsty, come to Me and drink. He was talking about the Holy Spirit. The Spirit fills us like a river of water. The guards said no one ever spoke like Jesus!
Memory Verse
“Now on the last and greatest day of the feast, Jesus stood and cried out, “If anyone is thirsty, let him come to me and drink!”
