Early in the morning, Mary went to the tomb. The big stone was rolled away! She ran to tell Peter and the other disciple. They ran to the tomb. It was empty!

Mary stood outside crying. Then Jesus said, Mary! She knew His voice. Jesus was alive! Mary told the disciples, I have seen the Lord!

That night Jesus came to His friends. He said, Peace be with you. They were so glad! Later Thomas saw Jesus too. Thomas said, My Lord and my God!
