Job 6 · Grade 2
Like a Dry Brook
Read the Story
Job answered Eliphaz. Job said his sadness was heavier than the sand of the seas.
Job said a friend should be kind to someone who is ready to faint. But his friends were like a brook that dried up. Travelers came to find water there. But the water was gone.
Job asked his friends to teach him. He asked them to show him what he did wrong. He said he would not lie to them. Job said his cause was right.
Memory Verse
““To him who is ready to faint, kindness should be shown from his friend; even to him who forsakes the fear of the Almighty.”
