Job 32 · Grade 2

Elihu Waited

Name Date

Read the Story

Job's three friends stopped talking. They had no more to say.

A young man named Elihu was there. He had been listening. He waited to talk because the others were older.

Elihu said God gives understanding to people. Elihu was full of words. Now it was his turn to talk. Elihu said some true things about God, but God Himself has the final word.

Memory Verse

“Now Elihu had waited to speak to Job, because they were older than he.”
