Job 30 · Grade 2

Sad Songs

Name Date

Read the Story

Job was sad. Young men laughed at him. His good days were gone like a cloud.

Job cried to God. Job had always cared for people in trouble. He cried for them when they were sad.

Job waited for good things, but bad things came. His harp played sad songs. God cares when we are sad, and He was still with Job.

Memory Verse

“Didn’t I weep for him who was in trouble? Wasn’t my soul grieved for the needy?”

Job 30:25 (WEB)
