Job Speaks

Name Date

Read the Story

Job's friends sat with him for seven days. Then Job spoke. He was very, very sad.

Job said he wished he had not been born. He asked why life is given to people who hurt so much. He said the thing he was afraid of had come to him.

Job said he had no rest and no quiet. Trouble kept coming. But Job did not curse God. He told how he truly felt. We can tell God how we feel too.

Memory Verse

I am not at ease, neither am I quiet, neither do I have rest; but trouble comes.”

Job 3:26 (WEB)
