Job 28 · Grade 3
Above Rubies
Read the Story
Job said, Surely there is a mine for silver, and a place for gold which they refine. People dig deep and bring hidden things to light.
Job asked, But where will wisdom be found? He said, The deep says, It isn't in me. The sea says, It isn't with me. Wisdom can't be gotten for gold. The price of wisdom is above rubies.
Job said, God understands its way, and he knows its place. To man he said, Behold, the fear of the Lord, that is wisdom. To depart from evil is understanding.
Memory Verse
“To man he said, ‘Behold, the fear of the Lord, that is wisdom. To depart from evil is understanding.’””
