Job 25 · Grade 3

On Whom Does His Light Not Arise?

Name Date

Read the Story

Bildad spoke for the last time. He said, Dominion and fear are with him. He makes peace in his high places.

Bildad asked, Can his armies be counted? On whom does his light not arise? He was saying that God is great and His light shines on everyone.

Then Bildad asked, How then can man be just with God? He called man a worm. Bildad said true things about God, but he gave Job no comfort. God later said the friends had not spoken what was right.
