Job 19 · Grade 2

My Redeemer Lives

Name Date

Read the Story

Job's friends hurt him with their words. Job asked how long they would do this.

Job's brothers and friends went away from him. Even his helpers did not answer him. Job asked his friends to have pity on him.

Then Job said something full of hope. He said he knew his Redeemer lives. A Redeemer is someone who rescues. Job knew he would see God. In the New Testament, Jesus is our Redeemer.

Memory Verse

“But as for me, I know that my Redeemer lives. In the end, he will stand upon the earth.”

Job 19:25 (WEB)
