Jeremiah 26: Jeremiah on Trial

In Jeremiah 26 God sends Jeremiah to the temple court to speak every word God gives him, without leaving out one word. Jeremiah warns that the temple could become like Shiloh if the people do not listen. The priests and prophets seize him and say he should die. Jeremiah calmly tells them to amend their ways. Some elders remember that King Hezekiah listened to the prophet Micah. The princes decide Jeremiah should not die, and Ahikam protects him.
