A Dry Land

Name Date

Read the Story

No rain fell for a long time. The ground was dry and cracked. There was no water and no grass.

The people prayed to God. They said they were sorry. They knew only God could send rain. They waited for God.

Memory Verse

“Are there any among the vanities of the nations that can cause rain? Or can the sky give showers? Aren’t you he, Yahweh our God? Therefore we will wait for you; for you have made all these things.”
