Genesis 3 · Grade 2
Adam and Eve Disobey God
Read the Story
God told Adam and Eve not to eat from one tree in the garden. But a sneaky serpent came to Eve. He told her a lie. He said God's rule was not good.
Eve looked at the fruit. She took some and ate it. She gave some to Adam, and he ate it too. Now they knew they had done wrong. They felt ashamed and hid from God.
God called to Adam, Where are you? God was not pleased that they had sinned. But God still loved them. He made clothes for them, and He promised that one day He would send Someone to defeat the evil serpent.
