Ezekiel 40 · Grade 3
Set Your Heart on It
Read the Story
Ezekiel says that fourteen years after Jerusalem fell, God gave him a vision. He was taken to a very high mountain in Israel.
There he saw a man who looked like bronze. The man held a measuring reed. He told Ezekiel to look, listen, and set his heart on all he would see.
The man measured the walls, the gates, and the courts. He measured the tables for offerings and the rooms for the priests and singers. The altar stood before the temple.
Memory Verse
“The man said to me, “Son of man, see with your eyes, and hear with your ears, and set your heart on all that I will show you; for you have been brought here so that I may show them to you. Declare all that you see to the house of Israel.””
