The Beautiful Tree

Name Date

Read the Story

God told a story about a great tree. It was very tall. Its roots were by lots of water. Birds made nests in its branches.

But the tree became proud of how tall it was. So it was cut down. God told Pharaoh he was like that tree. Pride leads to a fall.

Memory Verse

“Thus it was beautiful in its greatness, in the length of its branches; for its root was by many waters.”

Ezekiel 31:7 (WEB)
