Ezekiel 27 · Grade 3
A Song About a Ship
Read the Story
God told Ezekiel to sing a sad song about Tyre. Tyre said it was perfect in beauty. God pictured Tyre as a great ship.
Its planks were cypress and its mast was a cedar from Lebanon. Its sails were fine linen. Traders from many lands brought silver, horses, ivory, and spices.
But the east wind broke the ship in the heart of the seas. All its riches sank. Sailors on every shore cried over it.
Memory Verse
“Your borders are in the heart of the seas. Your builders have perfected your beauty.”
