Ezekiel 26 · Grade 3
A Place for Nets
Read the Story
Tyre was a rich city on the coast and on an island. When Jerusalem fell, Tyre said Aha! Tyre thought it would get richer.
God said many nations would come against Tyre like waves of the sea. The king of Babylon would break down its walls and towers.
Tyre would become a bare rock, a place to spread fishing nets. Its songs and harps would go quiet. The islands would tremble when Tyre fell.
Memory Verse
“I will cause the noise of your songs to cease. The sound of your harps won’t be heard any more.”
