I Found No One

Name Date

Read the Story

God told Ezekiel to show Jerusalem all her sins. The people did not honor their parents. They wronged the stranger, the fatherless, and the widow.

They despised God's holy things and did not keep his Sabbaths. God said they had become like dross, the waste left over when silver is cleaned in a fire.

God sought for a man who would build up the wall and stand in the gap for the land. But he found no one. God wants people who will care and pray for others.

Memory Verse

“I sought for a man among them who would build up the wall and stand in the gap before me for the land, that I would not destroy it; but I found no one.
