Exodus 38 · Grade 3
The Court of the Tabernacle
Read the Story
Bezalel made the altar of burnt offering of acacia wood, covered with bronze. It had horns on its four corners. He made its pots, shovels, basins and forks of bronze, and a bronze grating, with rings and poles to carry it.
He made the basin of bronze and its stand from the mirrors of the women who served at the door of the Tent of Meeting. Mirrors then were made of shiny bronze.
He made the court with hangings of fine twined linen, a hundred cubits long on the north and south sides. The pillars had bronze bases and silver hooks. The gate had a screen of blue, purple and scarlet yarn. Ithamar the priest counted all the gold, silver and bronze that was given. Bezalel of Judah made all that the Lord commanded Moses, and Oholiab of Dan helped him.
Memory Verse
“He made the basin of bronze, and its base of bronze, out of the mirrors of the ministering women who ministered at the door of the Tent of Meeting.”
