Bezalel Makes the Ark

Name Date

Read the Story

Bezalel made the ark. It was a box of wood covered with gold. He made a gold lid called the mercy seat. On top were two gold angels with their wings spread out.

He made a table for the holy bread. He covered it with gold.

He made a gold lampstand with seven lamps. The lamps looked like almond flowers. He made a small gold altar for incense. Bezalel made everything just as God had shown Moses.

Memory Verse

“Bezalel made the ark of acacia wood. Its length was two and a half cubits, and its width a cubit and a half, and a cubit and a half its height.”
