A Happy Day
Read the Story
The king gave Esther Haman's house. He gave Mordecai his ring. Mordecai was put in charge.
But Haman's bad letter was still the law. Esther cried. She asked the king to help her people. The king said they could write a new letter. The Jews could keep safe.
The new letter went out fast. Mordecai wore royal clothes and a gold crown. All the Jews were so glad. The Jews had light and joy.
Memory Verse
“The Jews had light, gladness, joy, and honor.”
