Daniel 7 · Grade 3
An Everlasting Kingdom
Read the Story
Daniel had a dream and visions while on his bed. He saw the four winds of the sky stir up the great sea. Four great animals came up from the sea, different from one another. The first was like a lion. The second was like a bear. The third was like a leopard. The fourth was very strong and different from the rest.
Then thrones were placed, and the Ancient of Days sat. His clothing was white as snow, and the hair of his head like pure wool. Thousands served him. The judgment was set. The books were opened.
Then Daniel saw one like a son of man coming with the clouds of the sky. God gave him power and honor and a kingdom. All people would serve him, and his kingdom would last forever. Daniel asked an angel what it meant. He learned that God's people will receive the kingdom forever.
Memory Verse
“Dominion was given him, and glory, and a kingdom, that all the peoples, nations, and languages should serve him. His dominion is an everlasting dominion, which will not pass away, and his kingdom one that will not be destroyed.”
