Daniel 12 · Grade 3

Written in the Book

Name Date

Read the Story

The messenger said that Michael will stand up for God's people. There will be a time of trouble. But everyone who is found written in the book will be delivered.

Many of those who sleep in the dust of the earth will awake, some to everlasting life. Those who are wise will shine as the brightness of the sky. Those who turn many to righteousness will shine as the stars forever and ever.

Daniel heard, but he didn't understand. He asked what would happen. He was told, Go your way, Daniel. At the end, he would rest and stand in his inheritance.

Memory Verse

“Those who are wise will shine as the brightness of the expanse. Those who turn many to righteousness will shine as the stars forever and ever.”

Take It Home

For families: talk about these together.

  • A promise of rest was given at the end. Who needs rest from trouble that you could lift up to God?
  • How does it feel to know God knows your name?
