2 Kings 5 · Grade 2
Naaman Gets Well
Read the Story
Naaman led an army. He had a bad skin sickness. A young girl from Israel served his wife. She said the prophet in Israel could heal him.
Naaman went to Elisha's house. Elisha sent a message. He said to wash in the Jordan River seven times. Naaman was angry. His servants said to try it. Naaman obeyed.
Naaman washed seven times. His skin became like a little child's skin! He said there is no God in all the earth but in Israel. Then Gehazi lied to get gifts. That was wrong.
Memory Verse
“Then went he down and dipped himself seven times in the Jordan, according to the saying of the man of God; and his flesh was restored like the flesh of a little child, and he was clean.”
