Jars Full of Oil

Name Date

Read the Story

A poor widow owed money. She had only a little oil. Elisha told her to get many empty jars. She poured her oil into them. The oil kept coming until every jar was full! She sold the oil and paid what she owed.

A kind woman made a room for Elisha. God gave her a son. One day the boy got sick and died. Elisha prayed to God. God made the boy live again!

Elisha fed one hundred men with twenty loaves. They all ate. There was some left over, just as God said.

Memory Verse

Then she came and told the man of God. He said, “Go, sell the oil, and pay your debt; and you and your sons live on the rest.”
