2 Corinthians 7 · Grade 2

A Good Kind of Sorry

Name Date

Read the Story

Paul was very tired and sad. Then his friend Titus came. God used Titus to cheer Paul up.

Titus told Paul good news. The people in Corinth were sorry for the wrong they had done. They wanted to do what was right.

Paul was glad they were sorry. Being sorry helped them turn back to God. God forgives people who turn back to Him.

Memory Verse

“For godly sorrow produces repentance leading to salvation, which brings no regret. But the sorrow of the world produces death.”

2 Corinthians 7:10 (WEB)
