Read the Story

Paul wrote another letter to the church in Corinth. He praised God. He called God the God of all comfort.

God helps His people when they are sad or hurting. Then they can help others who are sad.

Paul had a very hard time. But he trusted God, and God helped him. Paul said all of God's promises are Yes in Jesus.

Memory Verse

“For as the sufferings of Christ abound to us, even so our comfort also abounds through Christ.”

2 Corinthians 1:5 (WEB)
