Bronze and Gold

Name Date

Read the Story

Solomon made a bronze altar twenty cubits long and twenty cubits wide. He made the great sea of cast metal. It stood on twelve oxen, three facing each direction.

He made ten basins for washing the offerings. The sea was for the priests to wash in. He made ten lampstands of gold and ten tables, and a hundred golden bowls.

Huram finished the work for God's house: the pillars, the bowls, the pots, and the shovels. They were made of bright bronze in great abundance. Solomon made the golden altar and the tables for the show bread.

Memory Verse

“He made the ten lamp stands of gold according to the ordinance concerning them; and he set them in the temple, five on the right hand and five on the left.”
