2 Chronicles 35 · Grade 2
The Best Passover
Read the Story
King Josiah had a Passover feast. He told the priests, Serve God! He cheered them on.
Josiah gave lambs from his own sheep. Now everyone could eat. The singers sang. The gate keepers stayed at their gates.
There had not been a feast like it for a very long time. Later Josiah did not listen to a warning. He was hurt in a battle and died. Everyone was very sad.
Memory Verse
“He set the priests in their offices and encouraged them in the service of Yahweh’s house.”
