2 Chronicles 19 · Grade 2
Fair Like God
Read the Story
King Jehoshaphat came home safe. A prophet said Jehoshaphat had helped a bad king. But he had done good things too.
The king went out to the people. He helped them come back to God.
He chose judges for every town. He told the judges they judge for God. Be fair. God does not take bribes.
Memory Verse
“Now therefore let the fear of Yahweh be on you. Take heed and do it; for there is no iniquity with Yahweh our God, nor respect of persons, nor taking of bribes.””
