Look for God

Name Date

Read the Story

God sent a man named Azariah. He told King Asa that God is with His people when they are with Him.

He said that if they looked for God, they would find Him. Be strong! He said God would reward their work.

Asa took away the idols. The people promised to love God with all their heart. They were full of joy. God gave them rest.

Memory Verse

He went out to meet Asa, and said to him, “Hear me, Asa, and all Judah and Benjamin! Yahweh is with you while you are with him; and if you seek him, he will be found by you; but if you forsake him, he will forsake you.
