Don't Fight
Read the Story
Rehoboam wanted to fight the other tribes. God sent a man named Shemaiah. He told them not to fight their brothers.
The people obeyed God. They went home. Rehoboam built strong cities instead.
Many people loved God. They came to God's house to worship. They helped make Judah strong.
Memory Verse
“After them, out of all the tribes of Israel, those who set their hearts to seek Yahweh, the God of Israel, came to Jerusalem to sacrifice to Yahweh, the God of their fathers.”
